We've paid agencies before and got nothing. Why would this be different?
Fair. Most agencies don't deliver.
They take your money. Run campaigns. Send reports. Six months later you have zero leads and a long invoice history.
You get a system inside your business, built on your tools, owned by your people.
I build in segments. One person on your side owns the system from day one. After each segment, they get a debrief. What was built, how it works, and why. They're part of every key decision.
When I hand it over, you get the working system, the docs, and the training to run it without me.
There's a fixed end date, in writing.
If the system isn't handed over by that date, I keep working at no extra charge until it is. I stay until it's done.
This doesn't cover meetings booked or revenue. I guarantee a working system, handed over, on time.
What happens when you leave and something breaks?
Your system owner handles it.
I build in segments. After each one, they get a debrief. What was built, how it works, and why. They're part of every key decision.
After handover, you get 30 days of support. Something breaks. You have a question. You changed something and it stopped working. I'm there. No extra charge.
After that, you're on your own. If something breaks and your team can't fix it, I'm available.
If the system owner leaves the company, I'm available.
Most teams never call after handover.
What if our outbound isn't ready to automate yet?
Then we don't build yet.
We check this first. On the 30-minute call, I look at your targeting, your message, and your current results.
If it's proven, we build. If it's not, the call still tells you where to start.
Automating something that doesn't work just makes the wrong thing happen faster. It's not something I'll do.
The build is for teams whose outbound already works. The call is how we find out if that's you.
Won't the tools cost us extra on top of your fee?
Yes. Tool subscriptions are separate from my fee.
Clay credits, Apollo seats, your sequencer. Those are yours. My fee covers the build. Subscriptions stay with you.
Keeping tool costs down is part of the build.
I set credit rules and spend limits. Enrichment only runs where it pays for itself.
Most teams spend less on tools after the build.
If your stack needs something new, I'll say so. The build squeezes more from what you already pay for.
